Shopirika sits where three Falcon products meet: storefront and orders in Shopirika, the catalogue in Orventory, the money in Falcon Pay.

Orventory: catalogue, stock and marketplaces
Products, variants, prices, stock, images and brands are managed in Orventory; Shopirika reads them as a sales channel. A price or stock change reaches the storefront in seconds, not minutes.
- Marketplaces. Sell the same catalogue on channels such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and n11; two channels are included.
- ERP and e-invoicing. Available as add-ons; products coming from your ERP appear in the storefront by themselves.
- Shipping. Labels and tracking numbers are produced in Orventory and posted to the order automatically.
Falcon Pay: card payments
Card, transfer and cash-on-delivery options come from Falcon Pay. Your store connects from Falcon Pay → API Tokens in one click; the token it creates works for that store only and cannot be used by other software.
- Your choice of provider. iyzico, Paynkolay, Stripe or your bank's virtual POS.
- Instalments and surcharges. The customer sees the total with the instalment plan at checkout.
- Safe return. The payment result is asked from the provider, not the browser; a forged return cannot mark an order paid.
Notification channels
Messages to your customers and messages to you are kept apart.
- To customers. Order confirmation, shipping and delivery e-mails; SMS through Netgsm, İleti Merkezi or Twilio; WhatsApp with approved templates.
- To you. New orders, payments, reviews and abandoned carts by e-mail, Telegram, Slack, Discord or webhook.
